The details are unsettling. Three men in positions of authority, including Ohio's chief law enforcement officer, sharing a town house apartment marked by heavy drinking, pizza and young women - including one who claims she was the victim of an unwelcome sexual advance while there.  Although Attorney General Marc Dann has not been accused of any wrongdoing in a pair of subsequent sexual harassment claims, the case raises many issues for a man who promised voters he would return ethics to state government.  (Associated Press, 4/19/08)

Anthony Gutierrez sexually harassed employees, reminded subordinates of his families ties to organized crime and “repeatedly drove a state vehicle while consuming alcohol,” according to the results of an investigation released by Attorney General Marc Dann’s office.  (Youngstown Vindicator, 5/2/08)

The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating Dann's former aide, Anthony Gutierrez, for drunken driving of state vehicles, and the Ohio Ethics Commission has been asked to look into whether Gutierrez operated his private business on state time. Meanwhile, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is investigating the sexual harassment claims Attorney General Office staffers Cindy Stankoski and Vanessa Stout filed against Gutierrez, their former boss.  (Dayton Daily News, 5/4/08)
