How is the Ohio Republican Party structured?

The party employs a fulltime staff of approximately 30 people and operates a permanent headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Party operations are generally divided into three main divisions: Political, Communications, and Finance. The Political Department is responsible for all candidate recruitment and training, voter contact and turnout programs, county party support, and coalition activity. Regional field directors serve as liaisons between the Ohio Republican Party and its 88 county party organizations. The Communications Department manages all internal and external efforts to deliver the Republican message, from online communication to media support. The Finance Department is responsible for all fundraising activity on behalf of the party. The day to day operations of the party headquarters and staff are managed by the Executive Director under the guidance and oversight of the party chairman.
