Volunteers from Ohio helped elect Republican governors in Virginia and New Jersey last year. This year, we joined with our colleagues in Massachusetts to help elect Scott Brown to the United States Senate.
Now we have an opportunity to lend a hand in another key race, and I'm asking for your help!
For the next few days, we're redirecting our volunteer phone calls to Pennsylvania, where Republican Tim Burns is facing a special election next week to fill a congressional seat held by a Democrat for nearly 40 years.

Why help?
This race is being called "the biggest test case for the direction of the country." The Associated Press says, "A loss would unnerve Democrats," and the Washington Post adds, "A Republican win - coupled with the party's likely triumph in a Hawaii special election four days later - would be a hugely important symbol to the House Republican conference that the majority is actually in reach."
Democrats and their allies are waging an all-out dirty attack campaign to keep this seat and their one-party-rule in Washington.
