Statement from Chairman Jane Timken on Senator Brown’s Divisive Rhetoric
“By spewing a false and damaging narrative about our elections and President Trump, Senator Brown is only aiding the spread of dangerous misinformation. This type of rhetoric is only meant to polarize, and it is shocking to hear a sitting senator encouraging its spread.”
It is ridiculously hypocritical as well. Just two weeks ago David Pepper tweeted, “Dems trying to ‘steal the election’… this was precisely the unhinged disinformation undermining our democracy” misrepresenting the email our organization sent out. Will Mr. Pepper disavow this dangerous rhetoric from Senator Brown or is it just a one-way street for Ohio Democrats?”
