Ohio GOP Statement on Proposed Abortion Amendment

COLUMBUS—Today, Chairman Alex Triantafilou released the following statement regarding the newly proposed constitutional amendment to codify the practice of killing babies in the womb:

“The abortion lobby is wildly out-of-step with Ohio values, and their vague language is a Trojan horse for taxpayer funded, late-term abortion on demand.” Chairman Alex M. Triantafilou, Ohio Republican Party

Sherrod Brown Continues to Lie About Social Security

COLUMBUS—It is only February of 2023, and Democrat Sherrod Brown is already lying to Ohioans to try to fill his war chest ahead of his ill-advised 2024 campaign. Joe Biden was publicly embarrassed when he claimed Republicans want to gut social security and Medicare, yet Brown continues to peddle the same lie.

Both Speaker Kevin McCarthy and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnel have clearly said social security and Medicare cuts are off the table in debt limit talks.

In fact, it is actually Joe Biden who has advocated cutting social security for 40 years.

Bottom Line: Do not expect Sherrod Brown to ever be honest to working Ohioans. He has built a career around covering and fighting for DC elites while lying and fearmongering his constituents back home.
